Pre-congress courses
(places available on a "first come, first served" basis) free of charge
Congress Registration
The registration fee includes: congress kit (delegate bag, badge, certificate of attendance), coffee breaks, lunches at the congress site on June 7 and 8, CME registration and materials, congress CD/abstract, Opening Session and Welcome Cocktail on June evening 6th.
Congress Daily Registration - The registration fee includes: attendance to the sessions of the day, congress kit, congress CD/abstract, coffee break and lunch for the day, certificate of attendance for the sessions of the day.
Registration in pre-congress courses: congress kit (delegate bag, badge, certificate of attendance), CME registration and materials, working brunch and coffee breaks during the day of the course.

Cancellations and refunds
A partial refund of the registration fee may be available upon written request to the Organizing Secretariat according to the following terms:
- a refund of 70% of the registration fee will be available for cancellations notified by March 15, 2016
- no refund will be made for cancellations notified after March 16, 2016
Cancellations may be notified by facsimile. Refunds will be made by bank transfer at the end of the Congress.
